Spinal Energetics works with patterns in the body to help shift and release tension that stored in the body resulting from a past experiences that occurred outside of the normal tolerance of the nervous system.  

In other words, we all experience trauma - in various forms, some we remember and attempt to work through and some we may not ever remember.  When our nervous system can't process that experience, it is often stored in the body.  Spinal energetics allows the client to shift that block.  Developed in Australia by Dr. Sarah Jane, Spinal Energetics is growing throughout the world.  

Heather approaches each session with a customized process, allowing each clients unique energy dictate the needs and next steps.  So the session may begin with a type of clearing session using a stone from the waters of the Appalachian mountains, a somatic shaking approach to move the energy, a reiki session to check in with the client - clearing the chakras as needed and then implementing Spinal Energetics techniques to move the healing process directly to the client.
